Advantage Index

Every Medicare Advantage and Part D plan, by county

5,962 plans from 281 insurers, across 3,159 counties, for 2026. What each costs, what it caps your spending at, how CMS rates it, how many people in your county chose it, and whether it is still going to exist next year.

Every figure here is published by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and reproduced without alteration. We calculate nothing, we sell nothing, and we are not an insurance agent.

Start with your county

Plans and prices change between neighbouring counties, so the county is the unit that matters.

Premiums, deductibles, maximum out-of-pocket amounts, star ratings and sanctions are reproduced from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services landscape file. Enrolment counts are from the CMS monthly enrolment file; CMS suppresses any count of ten or fewer, which is why many plans show “fewer than 11” rather than a number.
